COVID-19 PROTOCOLS AND PROCEDURES FOR OUR CLINICS

At DCFA Clinics, the safety and well-being of our coaches, and players has always been our top priority. During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our mission continues to be to provide a safe environment for the best skills training experience for the kids.
DCFA’s current COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines continue to evolve with the ever-changing State and local government mandates and requirements. Please see below for our current health and safety guidelines and operational procedures during our clinics at Severn Christian Church on Thursday nights.

NO sick player or staff member may attend our clinics.

- Every player must bring a mask to our skill training sessions. It is up to each parent/guardian to supply the face covering or mask.
-  Players will be dropped off and enter the building from the main door of the gym and exit from the back door of the gym. We will have one of our coaches at the door welcoming the players and directing them to the gym area.
- Coaches will spray hand sanitizer when the players enter the facility, during breaks and before leaving the gym.
Face Coverings: Effective Wednesday, January 12, 2022 - After further clarification from Anne Arundel County Department of Health, face coverings are not required while athletes are on the “field of play” or engaged in another physical activity. Athletes are expected to wear a face covering when entering and exiting the building and while on the sidelines. Coaches are required to wear a face always covering while indoors.
- Is there an exemption to wearing a face covering for persons with a medical condition or a disability?
Yes, a person does not have to wear a face covering if due to a bona fide disability or medical condition, it would be unsafe for the person to do so.
NOTE: PARENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING A NOTE FROM THE CHILD’S DOCTOR OR ANY DOCUMENTATION TO CONFIRM THE CONDITION.

NO SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYM AREA - NO EXCEPTION!
