The Denison Cabral Futsal Academy holds skills training clinics and camps for all ages throughout the year. Academy participants are trained by current professional players and/or trainers with competitive, technical skills training experience.

Junior Academy Ages 4-7 (Boys & Girls)

The early mastery of technical skills is one of the most important elements in the development of youth soccer players. Children in the Denison Cabral Junior Academy are also encouraged to develop their mental, physical, and social abilities through creative soccer games and other activities. Kids learn age appropriate individual skills, teamwork, and most importantly they have a lot of FUN!

Academy Ages 8-13 (Boys & Girls)

At this age soccer players begin to mature and develop a personality and style on the field. They have an increased appetite to learn and improve on all aspects of the game. The Academy training will provide more challenging technical drills in order to develop confidence and the foot skills necessary to succeed on the soccer field. Emphasis is on shooting, passing and 1v1 moves in a fast paced and FUN format.

High School Academy Ages 14-18 (Boys & Girls)

High School players and coaches know that their team's success is dependent on their individuals' efforts. The High School Academy is designed to prepare individuals for the demands of High School soccer by focusing on physiological and technical conditioning through structured, intensive, ball-orientated workouts. Clinics are held year round to help players maintain their ball skills and fitness levels. Pre-season prep camps are scheduled conveniently prior to the fall season to give you a running start on the competition!

Advanced Academy Ages 9-18 (Boys & Girls)

Along with technical skills and tactical awareness, soccer demands strength, stamina, acceleration and multi-directional quickness. The Advanced Academy provides a high-intensity training atmosphere to challenge the elite player to succeed at the highest level. Players will work on game situation drills and formations while learning defending and attacking secrets of the game from the pros! They will take their game to the next level, improving foot skills, athletic performance, confidence on the ball and their understanding of the game.

This program is reserved for players who are currently competing in the upper divisions of travel soccer and have a strong desire to become a Premier Player!

Goalkeeper Academy Ages 8-18 (Boys & Girls)

The goalkeeper is a team member and must fit into a team concept, yet the keeper's skills and responsibilities are different and require specialized training. All too often, this individualized coaching is unavailable at team practices. The Goalkeeper Academy is designed to introduce new goalkeepers to the position, as well as help experienced keepers improve their skills. Players will work on fundamentals, such as shot blocking, footwork, diving, catching, cutting off angles, reading game situations and more. Each goalkeeper will be encouraged to test their limits in a fast paced and FUN format.

Advanced Goalkeeper Academy Ages 9-18 (Boys & Girls)

As a Soccer Goalkeeper, you play a unique and pivotal role on the field that requires special skills and physical abilities, a gritty tough mindedness and the ability to work within the team environment. The high-intensity training atmosphere of the Advanced Goalkeeper Academy will physically challenge every keeper while instilling a more sophisticated understanding of the goalkeeper position. Along with the fundamentals, instruction topics will include distribution with hands and feet, functional footwork, power diving & collapsing, dealing with flighted balls, dealing with the psychological aspects of goalkeeping and more. This is the program that any advanced-level keeper needs to excel at the highest levels.
